To help us reply faster and more usefully, please mention:

📌 Subject: a clear one-line summary (e.g. ‘Review Request: Jasper AI’ or ‘Partnership Inquiry’)

🔗 Tool URL: if you’re submitting a tool for review, include the product URL

📋 Context: a few sentences about what you’re looking for — we’ll skip back-and-forth if we already know what you need

📸 Screenshots: if you’re reporting a site bug or error, a screenshot helps a lot

🛠️ 4. Submitting an AI Tool for Review

We’re always looking for interesting AI tools to review. Here’s how the process works:

1️⃣ Send us an email: submit@aitoolforge.io with the tool name, URL, and a 2–3 sentence description.

2️⃣ We evaluate fit: we check if it matches our audience (AI tools for productivity, writing, coding, creativity, etc.)

3️⃣ We purchase & test independently: we buy our own plan — we do not accept free accounts in exchange for positive reviews.

4️⃣ Review goes live: typically within 4–8 weeks of acceptance.

⚠️ Important: submitting a tool does not guarantee a review, and it does not guarantee a positive one. Our editorial judgment is always independent.

📢 5. Advertising & Sponsored Content

We are selective about who we work with. Here’s our policy:

✅ We accept: affiliate partnerships with AI tools we already use and trust.

❌ We don’t accept: paid placements that disguise advertising as organic reviews.

📋 All sponsored content: is clearly labeled as ‘Sponsored’ or ‘Paid Partnership’ at the top of the page.

⚖️ Editorial integrity: sponsors have no influence over our ratings, scores, or written opinions.
